What is the clarification of your fatwa regarding question number (2111702)?

We have previously clarified that the interference of a person and their influence in thecribing of a tender to a specific company is a prohibited act, and that taking a commission for it is a forbidden bribe. The tenders should be left to competition based on experience, quality, and suitable price, and mediation and bribes should be excluded from them.
