Is learning about spirituality and treating with it forbidden if that is done by reciting certain verses a specific number of times and at a specific time, along with supplication and reliance on Allah, and without using talismans or incense?

"Designating specific verses to be recited a certain number of times and at specific times is an additional innovation (bid'ah) that must be avoided. Instead, one should resort to supplicating with the authentic supplications (du'as) that are proven to be answered, such as the supplication of Yunus and the supplication using the Greatest Name of Allah."
