Is it permissible to continue working in a European bakery where breadcrumbs are scattered on the floor, given the feeling of discomfort when stepping on them?

Disrespecting bread is mildly disliked (makrooh tanzihi). One should avoid stepping on it as much as possible. However, continuing to work in an occupation where one might be compelled to step on bread crumbs is not prohibited. Therefore, there is no obligation to leave a bakery job for that reason.
