Which of the two statements is more accurate regarding the death of Abu al-As ibn al-Rabi‘: did he die a year after the death of Zaynab, the daughter of the Messenger, or in Dhul-Hijjah of the twelfth year of the Hijrah?

Abu al-ʿAs ibn al-Rabiʿ died in the year 12 AH, during the caliphate of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, while Zaynab, daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), died in the year 8 AH.
