Is it permissible to masturbate to relieve oneself and avoid falling into the forbidden, especially given the abundance of provocations and the difficulty of marriage, and considering that there are jurisprudential opinions that permit it, such as those of Ibn Umar, Ibn Abbas, and Ibn Taymiyyah?

It is difficult for young people to overcome instinct, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided those who could not marry to fast. A Muslim must fear Allah and guard their private parts. Whoever is able to marry, it is obligatory upon them if they fear falling into prohibitions; otherwise, they must fast. Masturbation is forbidden by the majority of scholars, based on the Almighty's saying: "And those who guard their private parts, except from their wives," and His saying: "But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors." It has been reported from some companions and followers that they permitted it in cases of extreme necessity, such as fear of fornication or illness, but this contradicts the opinion of the majority.
