What is the ruling on my work as an accountant in a company that promotes products it does not manufacture, and whose sales team deceives customers into believing the company is the manufacturer? What is the ruling on preparing an accounting list that includes expenses with late payment penalties, and salaries of employees whose work is permissible but who lie? Is it permissible for me to assign this work to someone else to avoid it?

Your act of creating an accounting list that records the company's incoming funds and expenditures is permissible and does not constitute aiding in the unlawful. However, you should advise the employees to be truthful and trustworthy, and gently and respectfully advise your father to seek lawful earnings. His case is not like that of others. For this reason, Imam Ahmad said: "If he sees his father doing something he dislikes, he should teach him, without violence, abuse, or harsh words. Otherwise, he should leave him. A father is not like a stranger."
