What is permissible for a husband to do with his wife in terms of foreplay and enjoyment during the postpartum (nifas) period, knowing the intense longing between the spouses?

I refer the questioner to previous fatwas regarding enjoying intercourse with a menstruating woman between the navel and the knee, the ruling on a husband masturbating with his wife's hand, the ruling on inserting a finger into the vagina or in a way that contaminates it with impurity, and the ruling on anal intercourse.
