The majority of scholars hold that the divorce of an angry person is effective unless his mind is completely overcome. If the anger intensifies to the point that its owner becomes like a madman, then his divorce is not effective, and there is no disagreement on this, as Ibn al-Qayyim stated. If the situation is as you described, where the intensity of anger overcame your mind, then your divorce is not effective. Anger is the key to evil, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, advised against anger.
