Is trade or farming a better option than working in a private institution that has religious violations, especially after obtaining higher degrees?

We ask Allah to inspire you with wisdom, and to grant you steadfastness and uprightness. You have done well by staying away from anything that involves religious transgressions, and be confident that Allah will compensate you with something better than what you left for His sake; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, you will not abandon anything for the sake of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, except that Allah will replace it with something better for you than it." And be certain that your provision will reach you, and do not hasten to obtain it through unlawful means; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, the Holy Spirit inspired in my heart that no soul will die until it completes its term and receives its full provision. So fear Allah and be graceful in seeking [your provision], and let not any of you be carried away by the delay in receiving provision to seek it through disobedience to Allah, for verily, that which is with Allah cannot be attained except through obedience to Him." And in a narration by Ibn Majah: "Fear Allah, and be graceful in seeking [your provision]. Take what is lawful, and abandon what is unlawful." Seek help from Allah Almighty in the success of your projects, and you must manage well and start early; for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Allah, bless my Ummah in its early mornings." And give charity from your earnings as much as you can; for Allah Almighty says: "O son of Adam, spend, and I will spend on you." And for the saying of the two angels every day: "O Allah, give compensation to one who spends," and the other says: "O Allah, give destruction to one who withholds."
