Contentment with what Allah has destined brings satisfaction and tranquility. As for the oath, its ruling depends on the intention; if you intended not to speak with him in a forbidden way, then there is no breaking of the oath for permissible speech. However, sending pictures online is to be warned against due to the corrupting consequences that may result from it. If he wishes to propose to you, then "come to houses from their doors."
