What is the ruling on Umrah and marriage for a woman who performed ghusl and intended Umrah, then saw a small amount of blood and yellowish discharge before the Miqat, but felt shy and completed her Umrah, and then got married?

The marriage (nikah (definition)) is valid if she performed the subsequent Umrah (definition) before the marriage contract, and invalid if she performed it after. In the latter case, it is necessary to renew the contract. This is the view of the majority of scholars (jumhur (definition)). As for the view of those who do not consider purity a condition, both the Umrah and the marriage are valid, but a sacrifice (dam) is required, to be slaughtered in Mecca and distributed among its poor. The view of the majority is more cautious and more absolving of responsibility.
