The answer

If you are unable to wear the hijab in a certain state, you must migrate from it to another state where you can feel secure in your religion. If there is no necessity to reside in a disbelieving country, it is preferable to return to your home country or to a Muslim country where you can work without any religious prohibition. However, if there is a necessity to reside in a disbelieving country, it is not permissible to abandon the hijab for the sake of work, as it is a religious obligation. We advise you to be patient and to seek jobs that do not require you to leave the house, such as tailoring. If you are compelled to work outside the house and necessity dictates uncovering a part of the body, then it is permissible to do so to the extent of the necessity. And if she is forced to uncover her hair, she is permitted to wear a wig to conceal it.
