What is the ruling on a veiled woman wearing a wig, when she has been compelled to move to America and is facing harassment because of her hijab, and cannot find employment, knowing that the alternative area for her study and work is unsafe for veiled Muslim women?

If there is no necessity to reside in a disbelieving country, it is preferable to return to your home country or to a Muslim country where you can work without any religious prohibition.
