Is selling foreign novels - ones that specialize in adventure and may sometimes contain romantic situations, but most of them are suspenseful and beneficial - forbidden?

It is permissible to sell foreign novels if they are free of Sharia prohibitions, such as intellectual заблуждения (misguidance), embellishing behavioral deviations, or that which undermines values and morals. However, foreign novels often are not free of these, and there is no overriding benefit in reading them or trading in them. This may be a lack of sincere advice to Muslims. Therefore, it is better for a person to stay away from selling such novels.
