Must a woman experiencing استحاضة (prolonged vaginal bleeding outside of menstruation) perform ablution (wudu') for every prayer at the call to prayer (adhan), and does this affect her ability to attend Friday congregational prayer (Jumu'ah) in the mosque?

A woman experiencing abnormal bleeding (Istihadah (definition)) is not permitted to perform ablution (Wudu') for the obligatory prayer until its time has begun, according to the majority of scholars. The time for Friday prayer (Jumu'ah) begins with the sun's decline (Zawal) according to the majority. However, the Hanbalis hold that it starts from the beginning of the Eid prayer time, and some of them said it starts in the sixth hour.
