Is the woman who assisted another girl in an abortion considered sinful, knowing that the latter was bleeding before the abortion?

The questioner's regret over fornication and aborting the fetus is correct, and she must make this regret a sincere repentance by fulfilling its conditions, while having a good opinion of Allah, for He, glorified be He, says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" [Az-Zumar: 53].

Furthermore, her guiding the girl to abortion is a mistake, and this is aiding in sin; due to His saying, the Almighty: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." [Al-Ma'idah: 2]. And he who points to evil is like its doer.

She must repent from that, and do good in the future, and increase in acts of obedience, and follow the path of rectitude, and not dwell on the past.

A Muslim should resort to his Lord with piety, patience, and abundant remembrance when worries accumulate; for by that, Allah will remove these worries from him.

As for suicide, it is not permissible for a Muslim to even think about it, let alone commit it; because it is a transition from misery to a greater misery.
