Should we pray over the deceased immodestly dressed woman, or is that restricted to her family, despite the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) having commanded that immodestly dressed women be cursed?

Prayer (Janazah (definition)) is to be offered for a woman who died immodestly dressed (mutabarrijah), because immodest display (tabarruj) is an act of transgression and disobedience that does not take one out of Islam unless it is done considering it permissible (istihlal). The cursing of the-one-who-displays-her-adornments mentioned in the Hadith (definition) indicates that immodest display is a major sin, and it renders the woman who does it a transgressor (fasiqah), but it does not mean that she is an unbeliever.
