What is the legal ruling on a person who helped his mother and sisters travel abroad without the guardian's consent, and signed travel permits and passports, claiming that the father was traveling?

Repentance must involve remorse and a firm resolve not to return to such an action, an attempt to persuade the mother to return, mediation to reconcile her and the father, and appeasing the father and showing him dutifulness. His right is great and his right to dutifulness does not diminish, no matter how bad his character or how unjust he may be. This is indicated by Allah's command to accompany with kindness a polytheistic parent who enjoins polytheism: (And if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do). A Muslim should also strive to reside in Muslim lands.
