What is the ruling on plucking gray hairs from the head, and defining the beard with laser from under the eyes to the mustache?

Thank you for reaching out. It is permissible to dye gray hair, but plucking it is disliked. Plucking hair between the eyebrows, from the mustache, cheeks, and nose is permissible as long as it does not result in harm.
