Is the human being najis (ritually impure) because he was created from a despised fluid (sperm), which is najis?

Man was created from pure, despised water, which is semen. The soundest of the قولين (two opinions) among jurists is that it is pure. Its purity is indicated by 'Aisha's - may Allah be pleased with her - rubbing semen off the garment of the Messenger of Allah - peace and blessings be upon him. Also, what was mentioned in Al-Sharh Al-Mumti' is that the origin of Allah's sincere servants cannot be impure. Furthermore, it is something widespread (تعم به البلوى), and the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - did not command the Companions to wash it off, as Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned.
