Is it permissible to marry one's paternal aunt's daughter with the sole intention of making her a Mahram for performing Hajj, without consummating the marriage or touching her, after the death of her husband?

It is permissible to marry the daughter of one's paternal aunt with the intention of safeguarding her chastity, increasing the Muslim population, and maintaining kinship ties. There is no objection to marrying her for the purpose of traveling with her for Hajj. If the marriage fulfills its Sharia (definition) conditions and is free from impediments, it is a valid marriage, and everything permissible between spouses becomes permissible for them. The custom of the land should be observed regarding consummation with the wife, and it is not permissible to stipulate non-consummation in the contract, as it contradicts the essence of the contract.
