It is permissible to marry the daughter of one's paternal aunt's daughter, as there is no evidence prohibiting it, and due to the generality of Allah's Almighty saying: "And the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts, and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts." As for meeting her mother during the engagement, there is no harm in it, provided there is no seclusion or unrestricted gazing at what Allah has forbidden, due to Allah's Almighty saying: "Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man should be in seclusion with a woman unless a mahram is with her."
