Is it permissible for a man to marry his paternal great-aunt's daughter?

It is permissible to marry the daughter of a paternal uncle, a paternal aunt, a maternal uncle, or a maternal aunt, as long as there is no impediment from suckling. This includes the daughter of one's father's paternal uncle.
