Is it permissible for Muslims to drink milk brought by the two sons of a man who died during Ramadan, knowing that the man's two sons are not yet adults, while the man left behind an adult daughter? And is this considered consuming the property of orphans?

The donation of a minor, who has not reached puberty, is not valid. Therefore, if the two mentioned boys have not reached puberty, their donation of milk is not valid. It is not permissible for the mosque community to drink it, because it involves consuming the orphan's property unjustly. The two boys should be gently advised not to offer the milk and informed of the legal ruling. However, if the milk is in excess of their need, and it is impossible to preserve it, and the boys would pour it away, then the mosque community may benefit from it in that case. We note that puberty is attained through wet dreams or the growth of coarse hair around the pubic area before reaching the age of puberty.
