When can I recite Surat Al-Baqarah? Thank you very much.

There is no specific time for reciting Surat Al-Baqarah. It is permissible to recite it from the Mushaf (Qur'an) or by heart at any time of the day or night, provided that one is free from major ritual impurity (janabah) if reciting, and completely pure to touch the Mushaf.
