The name "Dalia" cannot be judged because its meaning is not found in language dictionaries. If it does not contain anything that contradicts the creed, then there is no objection to it. As for the word "Daliyah," there is no harm in naming with it, and its meanings are: a cluster of unripe dates, or a grapevine, or a waterwheel turned by water, or land irrigated by a bucket.
