What is the ruling on money earned from training at an institution that stipulates not holding a university degree, when you concealed your university degree to obtain it? Is it permissible to donate it, give it to your mother, or use it for necessities?

You must return the money to the company, because your obtaining the training was contingent upon two conditions that were not met by you. Therefore, you have no right to it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If the company pardons you, then you may dispose of it; otherwise, you may not.
