Are loans from private banks permissible or forbidden, considering the father's pressure to take one?

If the loan is a good one and does not stipulate an increase on the borrowed amount, then it is permissible. However, if the loan is to be repaid with a stipulated increase, then it is not permissible to proceed with it from any party whatsoever. There is no obedience to the parent in this matter, for borrowing with usury is among the major sins.
