ما معنى "الفقير الفخور" الوارد في حديث الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم؟

It is narrated in Musnad al-Bazzar that there are three types of people whom Allah will not look at on the Day of Resurrection: an old man who commits adultery, a lying Imam (leader), and an arrogant destitute person. The arrogant destitute person is a poor individual who is conceited without reason, as arrogance is often caused by wealth in this world.
