It is forbidden for a Muslim to befriend or love a disbeliever. However, there is no harm in showing kindness and benevolence towards them without inclining the heart, especially if it is to encourage them towards Islam. Therefore, there is no objection to treating a disbelieving woman well, welcoming her, and smiling in her face, provided that one despises her disbelief and utilizes the relationship to invite her to Islam, while being careful that this treatment does not lead to loving her or being content with her disbelief.
