Does the period between sunrise and reciting the morning adhkar (remembrances) make a person unprotected and vulnerable to sorcery, the evil eye, or envy?

The morning remembrances (adhkar) should be recited at their appointed time before sunrise, but there is no harm in reciting them afterwards. Rely upon Allah and have a good opinion of Him, for He will not afflict you with harm by His permission. Always recite ruqyah upon yourself to ward off and remove affliction, for it is not necessarily true that one who does not recite the adhkar will be afflicted with magic or envy. Whoever relies upon Allah, He will suffice him, as Allah the Almighty says: "And whoever relies upon Allah, then He is sufficient for him." These remembrances are beneficial in repelling harm, but it is not necessary that one who does not recite them, or some of them, or does not recite them at their appointed time, will be afflicted with harm.
