What are the verses or surahs that a Muslim recites if he falls under the rule of an unjust and tyrannical ruler?

One who is oppressed by a ruler should recite the beginning of Surah (definition) Yasin up to the verse: (So We covered them, and they could not see) [Yasin:9], citing as evidence what the Prophet, peace be upon him, did when the polytheists besieged him.

They should also recite the three verses that the Prophet, peace be upon him, used to conceal himself from the polytheists, which are: - The verse from Al-Kahf: (Indeed, We placed coverings over their hearts so they do not understand, and deafness in their ears) [Al-Kahf:57]. - The verse from An-Nahl: “Those are the ones upon whose hearts, hearing, and sight Allah has set a seal, and they are the heedless.” [An-Nahl:108]. - The verse from Al-Jathiyah: “Have you seen the one who takes his desires as his god? Allah has led him astray knowingly, sealed his hearing and heart, and placed a veil over his sight.” [Al-Jathiyah:23].

It is also mentioned that when the Prophet, peace be upon him, feared a people, he would say: "O Allah, we place You in their throats, and we seek refuge in You from their evils." And when encountering an enemy, he would say: "O Allah, You are my strength, and You are my helper, and by You I fight," and also: "O Master of the Day of Judgment, You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help."

And if you fear a ruler or anyone else, say: "There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne. There is no god but You. Glorified be Your protection, and exalted be Your praise." And say: "Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs."

In addition to this, resorting to Allah Almighty through supplication and prayer is very beneficial in this situation.
