What is the text of the hadith about rebelling against the ruler, what is its authenticity and details, and who narrated it?

The creed of the People of the Sunnah and the Community (Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah) is that it is not permissible to rebel against the ruler unless clear disbelief (kufr bawāḥ) is found in him, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Unless you see clear disbelief for which you have a proof from Allah." It also commands patience with the injustice of the ruler as long as he establishes prayer, due to the corruption that results from rebellion. The jurists have unanimously agreed on the obligation to obey the prevailing ruler (al-sulṭān al-mutaghallib) and to strive alongside him, and that obeying him is better than rebelling against him for the sake of preserving lives, unless clear disbelief occurs from him, in which case it becomes obligatory to strive against him.
