What is the ruling on a pilgrim in the state of Ihram using Dettol wipes, wet wipes, and unscented Dettol soap?

Dettol is not originally a perfume; rather, it is used as a disinfectant and may have a pleasant scent. Such pleasant scents are not considered perfume by people, similar to lemon-scented soap. Therefore, it is not forbidden for a pilgrim in a state of ihram to use them. Sheikh Ibn Baz was asked about the ruling on washing hands with scented soap during ihram, and he replied: "There is no harm in that; soap is not considered perfume." Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen said: "There is no objection to it, because this scent is not perfume and is not used as perfume; it is merely to enhance the flavor."
