The answer

If a person completes the Tawaf al-Ifadah correctly, it is not prescribed for him to repeat it, even if it becomes clear to him that his Sa'i (ritual circumambulation between Safa and Marwah) is not valid; in that case, he must repeat the Sa'i. Continuity between Tawaf and Sa'i is not a condition according to the majority of scholars, so if there is a long interval between them, it does not matter. Nevertheless, if he were to repeat the Tawaf out of precaution, to avoid the disagreement of those who made continuity obligatory, that would be good, even though the preponderant opinion is that continuity is not obligatory.
