Is it permissible to delay making up missed prayers and reviewing forgotten parts of the Quran due to negligence until after university exams are over?

You must make up missed prayers immediately, provided that making them up does not harm the body or livelihood. It is possible to combine studying with making up the minimum of missed prayers by reducing the makeup prayers to an extent that does not harm studying, but without abandoning them entirely.

As for forgetting the Qur’an, some scholars considered it a major sin if it was due to negligence, while others viewed it as less than that. There is no sin upon someone who delays reviewing what they have memorized due to an excuse.
