Is it permissible for a wife to temporarily remove her hijab in order to obtain a license for a kindergarten, given that the state rejects women who wear the hijab, and knowing that this project is an alternative to mixed-gender government work and aims at Islamic education?

If the wife finds another job that does not involve sin, then that is what is obligatory. Otherwise, it should be considered: if there is a necessity for this work, such that without it, the necessities of life—food, drink, and shelter—cannot be obtained, then it is permissible to temporarily remove the hijab to acquire it, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying: "And He has explained to you in detail what He has forbidden you, except what you are compelled to [consume or do]." If there is no necessity, then it is not permissible.
