As for the maintenance of daughters, it is obligatory upon the father according to his ability. If the father is in hardship, he should seek employment that does not conflict with religion, while emphasizing the obligation of hijab and the impermissibility of removing it except in cases of extreme necessity and to that extent.

In the event of harm due to hijab, one must be patient and pious, and utilize laws that criminalize racism. If the harm reaches an unbearable degree, it is necessary to remain at home or migrate to a Muslim country.
