What is legally more appropriate for getting rid of the harm caused by disobedient people and increasing the performance of missed prayers: only performing the missed prayers, or performing them along with emigration at the same time, knowing that emigration might increase the overall performance of missed prayers, but it might temporarily conflict with dedicating oneself to them at first? Is emigration permissible with prayer for any other reason?

Our advice to this person is to place their trust in Allah and seek refuge in Him, for He, Glory be to Him, is the One Who benefits and harms. He will suffice them against the evil of people if their reliance on Him is sincere, whether they stay or migrate.

As for the missed prayers they owe, if they were intentionally abandoned, there is a difference of opinion regarding the obligation to make them up. If they wish to make them up, it should be in a way that does not harm their body or livelihood.

As for their migration from their country, there is no blame upon them for it if they predominantly expect a religious or worldly benefit. They should make up as many prayers as they can, whether they migrate or stay, and they should seek guidance from their Lord through istikharah and consult people of sound judgment and advice before every step.
