If the company's activity is permissible, then there is no sin in sending invoices or other documents containing a link to a website that includes a picture of an unveiled woman. This is because pictures that have become widespread and are not intended by either the seller or the buyer are not problematic. One is simply required to lower their gaze upon seeing them. This does not prevent dealing with the website or purchasing products from it.
