What is the ruling on watching the cartoon series "Detective Conan" while overlooking some observations such as girls' clothing and music, knowing that it is free of disbelief and polytheistic scenes and focuses on punishing the oppressor and spreading peace?

It has been previously clarified that the permissibility of watching animated films and series is more probable, with the controls mentioned in Fatwa No. 31586. If it is possible to avoid the prohibitions when watching these films and series, such as looking at nakedness (awrah), then there is no harm in watching them. As for indifference to seeing awrah or its not causing arousal, it is not considered, as it is not permissible to watch it in the first place, even without desire. It is better for a Muslim to preserve their time by filling their free time with reading beneficial books, and there is no harm in watching useful programs and series, provided they are free from Sharia prohibitions.
