Is a divorce considered an irrevocable major divorce (baynunah kubra) after it has been repeated by the husband at home and before the judge, based on his prior intention and his acknowledgment of the divorce in all reconciliation sessions?

If the husband has divorced his wife twice, and the phrase: "I decided to divorce in all sessions" does not necessitate a new divorce, then the major separation (baynunah kubra) is not required. Since the matter has been referred to the judiciary, it is the one to rule on it. Divorce is not always evil; Allah may enrich each of the spouses from His bounty after separation, as stated by the Almighty: {And if they separate, Allah will enrich each [of them] from His bounty.}
