Is it permissible for a woman who adheres to the hijab but resorted to a usurious loan to buy a car, and whose father used to drink alcohol and pursue women, to be married?

The fundamental criterion for choosing a wife is religiosity. If the predominant state of a woman is piety and righteousness, then a minor slip or an ignorant sin does not harm her, especially if she has repented from it. Disregard the fact that her father drinks alcohol, as long as she herself is righteous. However, if her predominant state is lack of religiosity, then look away from her.
