What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a young man who exploits a girl financially and psychologically, refuses to work, and incites the girl against her family, knowing that his family rejects him due to his exploitation and not his poverty?

The girl has committed a sin by engaging in an illicit relationship with a foreign man. She must repent and sever this relationship. If the young man is of good religious character and morals, he should not be rejected if he proposes to marry her, even if he is poor, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If there comes to you one whose religion and character you approve, then marry him. If you do not do so, there will be tribulation on earth and widespread corruption."
