Is it permissible for a husband to divorce his wife if he does not feel sexually comfortable with her and dislikes her body, knowing that she is committed to her religion and of good character, and he cannot marry another?

The default ruling for divorce is that it is disliked, unless there is a need, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The most hated of permissible things to Allah is divorce." The intended need is sufficiency in protecting one's chastity and lowering one's gaze, not mere sexual gratification. Marriage encompasses great benefits such as safeguarding one's religion, protecting the woman, and producing offspring. If the objective is achieved, then contentment is a treasure, and a wise person suffices with one wife if she fulfills his purpose. Divorce does not entail injustice to the woman as long as the husband has fulfilled her rights; divorce is an exclusive right of the man.
