University education is a necessity for obtaining a job, and the father must assist his son with it. He is obligated to cover its expenses if the son has no money.

The father's need for someone to substitute for him in leading prayers does not prevent the son from completing his studies, as the harm resulting from missing out on education for the son is difficult to rectify.

One of the conditions for the obligation of obeying parents is that obedience does not cause harm to the son.

If the son's maturity is established, the father does not have the right to prevent him from seeking what benefits him religiously or worldly.

Traveling to seek knowledge is permissible even if the parents dislike it, as long as the path is safe and there is no fear of them being lost.
