What is meant by the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying to Abu Dharr: "You are a weak man"?

The meaning of weakness in the hadith is the inability to carry out the duties of leadership (wilaya). On the Day of Resurrection, the trust of leadership will be a cause of disgrace and regret, except for him who undertakes it rightfully and fulfills his obligations therein.
