Which came first: Allah's command to Abraham to build the Kaaba or His command to sacrifice his son Ishmael, and what is the evidence for that?

It appears that the command to sacrifice came first, based on the Almighty's saying: "And when he reached with him [the age of] exertion," regarding which there is disagreement about the age of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) at that time. As for the command to build, it came after he had married twice.
