How is an inheritance divided among: two daughters, two full sisters, two full nephews, and four full paternal cousins?

If the deceased left only male descendants, then his two daughters receive two-thirds as their prescribed share (fard), and the remainder goes to the two full sisters by 'asaba (residuary). The sons of the full brother and the sons of the paternal uncle receive nothing, as they are all completely excluded (mahjub hirman) due to the presence of the daughter and the sister.

The inheritance is thus divided into six shares: the two daughters receive four shares (two shares for each), and the two sisters receive two shares (one share for each).

The matter must be brought before the Sharia courts due to the possibility of other heirs, bequests, debts, or other rights that the heirs may not be aware of.
