Is it true that there is no repentance for one whose fate has been sealed, and that the destiny of a briber is Hellfire, even if he prays, fasts, and seeks forgiveness? And is he considered cursed and despairing of God's mercy?

The door of repentance is open and will not close until the sun rises from the west. No matter how great the sin, Allah's forgiveness is greater, as confirmed by His words: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" Repent with sincere and truthful repentance, for "the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." Increase in good deeds, for "indeed, good deeds obliterate evil deeds." Strive to seek forgiveness for those whom you have wronged and to whom you cannot return their rights or seek their pardon. Unlawful money must be spent on the welfare of Muslims, such as charity for the poor and needy. It is permissible to benefit from it to the extent of need if you are poor. Congregational prayer is obligatory for you if you are able to perform it.
