Does the principle of "as you condemn, so you shall be condemned" apply to someone who has repented and regretted their sins, such as parental anger at times, and are its effects removed by repentance?

Allah Almighty has prescribed repentance to show mercy to His servants and to relieve them of burdens and shackles, and He loves their repentance. If a servant is guided to sincere repentance that fulfills its conditions, then the sin will not affect him—by Allah's permission—neither in this world nor in the Hereafter.
